Venue Requirements

• Space and Setup Requirements:

  • A minimum floor space of 2.5m x 2.5m with a solid floor.

  • A reliable power source within the setup area.

  • Provision of one long table for props.

  • Provision of one small table for a printer.

  • Contact information exchange is encouraged for any queries.

Date Changes & Cancellations

• Date Change Policy:

  • Requests for date changes must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the original event date.

  • Changes are subject to availability. If the alternative date is not available, the payment shall be forfeited, and the event will be considered cancelled.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations.

Outdoor Venues/Facility

• Outdoor Setup Requirements:

  • Safe access to electrical outlets.

  • The surface must be paved or grassy (no dirt surfaces).

  • Protection from extreme weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, cold) and direct sunlight.

Damage to Equipment

• Liability for Damage:

  • The Client is responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s equipment due to misuse or theft by any guest (invited or uninvited).

  • The Provider reserves the right to decline service for misuse or unruly behavior.

• Liability Agreement:

  • The Client will indemnify the Provider against any liability related to the Client's event.

  • This includes liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the Photo Booth.

Refusal/Disruption of Service

• Service Refusal:

  • The Provider reserves the right to refuse service or leave the event early if:

    • Attendants are harassed, threatened, or abused.

    • Equipment is damaged by guests.

  • No refund will be given if service is disrupted under these conditions.

Dress Code

• Attire Requests:

  • The Provider will dress appropriately for the event.

  • Special attire requests may incur additional costs and are subject to practicality and availability.

Model Release

• Photo Usage Rights:

  • Guests using the photo booth grant SNAP TECHNOLOGY LLP the right to use the photographs for various purposes, including advertising and promotion.

  • This release includes indemnification of SNAP TECHNOLOGY LLP from liabilities such as libel or invasion of privacy.

Miscellaneous Terms

• Service Guarantee:

  • If the Photo Booth is non-operational for less than 80% of the service period, a prorated refund will be issued.

  • In case of printer failure, softcopy photos will be provided for free download and print ordering.
